Daniel Chan, and partner Phil Walker have styled the interior in Chinese red, black and off white, incorporating the Chinese life elements of water, fire, metal,wood and earth.

Try their Asian sandwich fillings, such as lamb rendang with goat's cheese, coriander pesto and mango chutney.
