1. SKATEBOARD: When we opened Chan's a friend of mine took the wheels and tracks off my board because he was worried I would fall off and break a leg travelling to work. But it's still a really special board; it represents my link with my friend.

2. KUAN-YIN STATUE: This jade statue is the Goddess of Mercy. Its a traditional Chinese statue, similar to a Buddha. My partner and I have it in our home to protect us. It's almost like a mother figure to us. It gives us spiritual guidance.

3. WOK. Every family meal in my home was cooked in this wok. It's a really old traditional wok that was passed down from my mother. Different meals I cook in it bring back certain family memories.

4. PEBBLES. These pebbles and bits of glass wsere collected by a friend of mine who lives in Margaret River. Every time he goes down to the beach he comes back with something that's drifted onto our shores.

5. WINDOW BOX. My partner and I are very proud of our window-box creation. We dreamt it up to cover an internal window. I love the shape and colour of the vase that sits on the ledge, too.

6. MATISSE PRINT. I really like the simplicity of this picture. I cut out the centre piece, mounted it on foam, then framed it, so it's my very own variation of the print.

7. CD BOX. I love dance music and I keep all my CDs in this box, which is sort of like a medicine box.

8. NOTEBOOK COMPUTER: This notebook is my life at the moment. Everything about me is stored in here.

9. JEAN-PAUL GAULTIER TOP. I bought this top in London and its one of my favourite shirts. It has a picture of a Hare Krishna God on the front.

10. TOUCHSTONES. I became aware of touchstones seven years ago. When the morning light comes in, it creates an orange glow. Its almost like a life form and you just want to touch it.
